PURCHASE CONTRACT
This web site is operated by Clique Clothing Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”). All purchases made on this web site are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order. By accepting the Terms and Conditions you are confirming that any payments you make are made either with your own payment details or with the permission of the card holder.

PRICES
All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, at the current rate. The price of the goods will be as quoted on the web site at the time you confirm your order (usually by clicking the “checkout” button). If you subsequently amend your order, the prices charged will be those applicable to the amended item(s) at the time that the amended order is confirmed. The price of the goods does not include a charge for delivery, except in conjunction with a promotional offer. The delivery charge will be included into the total cost and will be clearly stated before the payment procedure is confirmed.

 

DELIVERY
Orders will normally be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 1-3 working days, Europe 4-7 working days, all other areas worldwide 7-14 working days, but please allow up to twenty-one days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

CANCELLATION
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order number, within 7 working days of the day after you receive the goods to. To cancel your order please Contact Us. There are no minimum age requirements for purchases.

RETURNS
If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’ll be happy to take the good back as long as they are unworn within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns are processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods back. This may take longer to process your return during holiday periods.
Please allow up to a 3-5 working days for refunds to show on your account. Refunds will be processed in the same method as payment.

EXCHANGES
We can only exchange an item for a different size in the same style. If you would like to perform an exchange for a different style please Contact Us to see if this is possible.

Sent the Wrong Items?
In the unlikely event that the item sent to you does not match your order then please Contact Us so that the mistake can be rectified.

CARING FOR YOUR ITEM
Unless otherwise stated all clothing items are either 100% cotton or 80% cotton/20% polyester. All items should be washed in a 30 degree wash to preserve the intensity of the design, as well as to help preserve the environment. You are advised to iron items inside out to avoid damaging the design. Items should be resilient and long lasting, though any damage caused through rough play, accidents, harsh washing techniques or poor care are due to the wearer and Clique Clothing are in no way liable for such incidents.

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will any of your statutory rights.
In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.

CARD PAYMENT SECURITY
All sensitive card payment details are processed with SAGE Pay (one of the UK’s most trusted business brands) on a secure page, and no sensitive information is held by or is accessible to Clique Clothing. Payments are transferred using SSL and SagePay payment processing also incorporates Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code, which brings added security and fraud prevention.
